Kyani Akti Apartments is a small family business located right in front of the beach at the east coast of Nea Skioni Halkidiki. There are 5 upper floor apartments overlooking the sea and 4 ground floor apartments with sea view and direct access to the beach. Non-Refundable Rate
The full amount is charged at the time of booking. No modifications or cancellations are accepted after the reservation is confirmed. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Flexible Rate
A deposit or the full amount may be required at the time of booking, depending on the property’s individual payment terms. The applicable payment schedule will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Any remaining balance is due as specified in the property’s payment policy.

Cancellation policy
