Esperanza Villas

Esperanza Villas is a brand new resort of stone built villas each featuring a private garden and private pool, located amid farmlands and a short stroll from the local village of Flogita, and its fine sandy beach.

It offers the guests the opportunity to vacation in a natural environment surrounded by olive trees, water melon fields and other crops, experience the daily life of the local inhabitants and working nearby farmers, a freedom of space and mind, an overall tranquillity, making it ideal for couples and families alike.

Each villa consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom at ground level and another bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom at the loft at upper level. The living room is at ground level featuring a sitting, a dining area, and the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped including electric oven and stove, microwave, toaster, water boiler, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer.

There is also a safe deposit box of laptop size, blue tooth speaker, scale, baby cot, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, free wi-fi, sat TV.

The bathrooms come with shower cabins.

The air condition is individually controlled in each bedroom and living room.

The veranda offers an outdoor sitting and dining area, a charcoal bbq, and a spacious garden with its private pool.

There is a secured private car park.

The centre of the village of Flogita is at 500m walking distance with its local grocery stores, bakery, butcher shop, the typical Greek coffee shops. A little further, the beach with its long coastline and find sand, populated by numerous beach bars, tavernas, pizza and gyros stores, patisseries, souvenir shops, all at good quality and very affordable prices. The tip is the local market with farmers selling their fresh, locally produced fruits and vegetables.
