The first floor features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious private balcony offering beautiful views.

On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a guest WC, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and TV and a dining area.

The lower level includes two generous double bedrooms sharing a luxurious bathroom, a comfortable playroom with TV, a service room for two staff members, and a laundry room.
