Non-Refundable Rate
The full amount is charged at the time of booking. No modifications or cancellations are accepted after the reservation is confirmed. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Flexible Rate
A deposit or the full amount may be required at the time of booking, depending on the property’s individual payment terms. The applicable payment schedule will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Any remaining balance is due as specified in the property’s payment policy.

All payments are processed securely. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards. Book-in-Greece.com acts as an intermediary between the guest and the property; the final payment responsibility lies with the guest.

Cancellation policy

Non-Refundable Rate
Reservations made under the Non-Refundable rate cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances. The total booking amount is charged in full at the time of reservation and is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including unforeseen events or emergencies.

Flexible Rate
Cancellation terms vary by property and will be clearly displayed on the property’s listing page prior to booking confirmation. Cancellations made within the stated free-cancellation window will be fully refunded. Flexible Rate: Allows cancellation or modification within a specific window as defined by each property. Payment terms and cancellation deadlines vary and are displayed at the time of booking.

3. Guest Responsibility

4. Modifications
Modification requests for Flexible Rate bookings are subject to availability and must be submitted in accordance with the property’s individual policy. Non-Refundable Rate bookings cannot be modified.

5. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged regardless of rate type.

6. Disputes
