Villa Josephine-Apantima

Villa Josephine, a beachfront property on Antiparos Island with direct access to the beach consisting of 8 bedrooms, able to accommodate 14 guests. It is a traditional property with high ceilings and sizeable common spaces, spread on different levels.

The villa consists of 8 bedrooms in total. On the upper level, there is a master en-suite bedroom with a double bed. The entrance level offers most of the common spaces such as, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Also, 2 single bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 1 double, en-suite bedroom are found on this level. The lower level includes 2 double en-suite bedrooms. Within the plot, there is an external guesthouse which includes 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

Outdoor:
The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Through a path via the garden, a door leads to the beach, where there are more sunbeds offered from the villa. Also showers and WC by the beach door. Within the plot there is a small building with two toilet restrooms, next to the door leading to the beachfront. The outdoor area also includes a wood stove and grill.

The villa has staff quarters with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a small house in the back yard, where cleaning staff resides and it consists of a double bed and a bathroom.
