Cancellation policy
Non-Refundable Rate
Reservations made under the Non-Refundable rate cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances. The total booking amount is charged in full at the time of reservation and is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including unforeseen events or emergencies.
Flexible Rate
Cancellation terms vary by property and will be clearly displayed on the property’s listing page prior to booking confirmation. Cancellations made within the stated free-cancellation window will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to partial or full charges as defined by the property’s policy.

Two rate types are available depending on the property:
- Non-Refundable Rate: Lower price in exchange for a strict no-cancellation, no-modification policy. Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
- Flexible Rate: Allows cancellation or modification within a specific window as defined by each property. Payment terms and cancellation deadlines vary and are displayed at the time of booking.
3. Guest Responsibility

4. Modifications
