Feels Like Home started as the venture of a couple of childhood friends in a small office at Aristotelous Square; friends that have known each other for decades and have travelled the world together, exploring different cultures and meeting new people.
A few years back, we decided it was time to pick the best pieces of our experience and offer some really warm hospitality to people who wanted to explore Greece: our hometown, Thessaloniki, and the place of our childhood holidays, Halkidiki.

All payments are processed securely. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards. Book-in-Greece.com acts as an intermediary between the guest and the property; the final payment responsibility lies with the guest.
Cancellation policy
Non-Refundable Rate
Reservations made under the Non-Refundable rate cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances. The total booking amount is charged in full at the time of reservation and is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including unforeseen events or emergencies.
Flexible Rate
Cancellation terms vary by property and will be clearly displayed on the property’s listing page prior to booking confirmation. Please review the specific cancellation policy of your chosen property carefully before completing your reservation. Cancellations made within the stated free-cancellation window will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to partial or full charges as defined by the property’s policy.

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Book-in-Greece.com. Please review all details carefully upon receipt.
2. Rate Types
Two rate types are available depending on the property:
- Non-Refundable Rate: Lower price in exchange for a strict no-cancellation, no-modification policy. Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
- Flexible Rate: Allows cancellation or modification within a specific window as defined by each property. Payment terms and cancellation deadlines vary and are displayed at the time of booking.
3. Guest Responsibility
It is the guest’s responsibility to read and understand the applicable rate policy before confirming a reservation. Book-in-Greece.com will not be held liable for charges resulting from cancellations or modifications that fall outside the applicable policy.
4. Modifications
