New National Gallery and leisurely walk from Kolonaki, Athens’ most prestigious district. With a great
location on a quiet residential street, the property is close to Athens' happening concert hall, Megaro
Mousikis, and the metro station by the same name. The area is affectionately called "Hilton" after the
iconic luxury hotel that shaped it over five decades (from 1963 to 2022) before closing for renovation.
Dimitressa 4 is also a short walk away from the exclusive Kolonaki district with its vibrant nightlife and
upscale shopping. It is very close to numerous trendy cafés, fine restaurants, hip bars and intriguing
