Non-Refundable Rate
Reservations made under the Non-Refundable rate cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances. The total booking amount is charged in full at the time of reservation and is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including unforeseen events or emergencies.
Flexible Rate

Cancellations made within the stated free-cancellation window will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to partial or full charges as defined by the property’s policy.
