Playia Villa I is a neoclassical maisonette, luxuriously built and well-equipped with all the essentials for your stay. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen, terrace and garden with a private heated pool.
 

The surrounding area

 The maisonette is located between olive trees and cypresses. Outdoors is the private pool, while the outdoor dining room with gas BBQ, marble sink, and workbench compose the ideal conditions to enjoy your stay and spend quality time. It is emphasized that the pool is heated and the external dining area is covered with a specially designed pergola, making the use of spaces possible throughout the year and regardless of weather conditions.
 

The interior space

 The villa occupies 2 levels.

Entering the property, we find the living room and to the right a fully equipped kitchen as well as a small WC. To the left of the entrance is the main bedroom with a private bathroom, access and pool views.
On the second level, you will find 2 more bedrooms and the main bathroom. Both rooms have access to a common balcony, where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee or drink as it has an external lounge.

In all bedrooms, there are layers of the award-winning Corfu Imperial Strom company, which allow the visitor to choose the soft or hard side of the mattress for its absolute comfort.

In the living room and in all bedrooms there are smart TV, with internet access and more than 400 channels.
