A gated private resort offers eight new luxury furnished two-floor villas each of 145 m² for rent. Each villa has its own private separate 1,000 m² garden with fully-grown trees. The resort offers a common swimming pool ( 8 x 4m ) for guests only from of our 8 villas with sun loungers and parasols. Each villa has its own patio and pergola in the garden where there is a grill and secondary outdoor seating for summer barbecues (photo). Flexible Rate
A deposit or the full amount may be required at the time of booking, depending on the property’s individual payment terms. The applicable payment schedule will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Any remaining balance is due as specified in the property’s payment policy.

Two rate types are available depending on the property:

Non-Refundable Rate: Lower price in exchange for a strict no-cancellation, no-modification policy. Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
Flexible Rate: Allows cancellation or modification within a specific window as defined by each property. Payment terms and cancellation deadlines vary and are displayed at the time of booking.

3. Guest Responsibility
It is the guest’s responsibility to read and understand the applicable rate policy before confirming a reservation. Book-in-Greece.com will not be held liable for charges resulting from cancellations or modifications that fall outside the applicable policy.

4. Modifications
Modification requests for Flexible Rate bookings are subject to availability and must be submitted in accordance with the property’s individual policy. Non-Refundable Rate bookings cannot be modified.

5. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged regardless of rate type.

6. Disputes
Any disputes relating to bookings should be addressed to Book-in-Greece.com’s customer support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to mediate between the guest and the property in good faith.

7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes not resolved through mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
