With two lovely bedrooms and its own wondrous infinity pool, Ammos has been lovingly created to host an intimate group of family or friends.

From a terrace, you cross the pebble beach via a boardwalk and dip into the turquoise waters – ideal for snorkelling, bathing, fishing or simply to enjoy the natural wildlife as sandpipers, herons, falcons and other birds hover over the beach.

Ammos is the Greek word for sand, and you discover the link with this Youphoria villa as soon as you set foot in the sea and discover the smooth pebbles giving way to fine sand beneath the waves.

With solid wood finishing and softwood flooring, the highest quality fittings and furnishings throughout and discreet LED-lit steps, the villa is designed with a love of the sea in mind and is a perfect base for taking a boat out to explore the coastline, head off to Gramvousa or Souda Bay, or take in the ocean air.

Set on Kissamos Bay, the contemporary, purpose-built property features clean lines and uses natural colours and materials as it makes the most of the natural light. Expansive windows from the open plan kitchen/breakfast bar area seamlessly link the interior with the outdoors to offer a wonderful beachfront panorama.
